What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and check-out is until 11:00 am.

How many people can the house accommodate?

Up to 12 people, in 6 bedrooms.

Is there parking?

Yes, the house has a parking area.

Is there a pool?

Yes, an outdoor pool shared by all guests.

Is it suitable for children?

Yes, it's an accommodation designed for families, suitable for both children and older guests. We offer a free cot and high chair for babies on request. Please note that the house has several staircases and is not laid out on a single floor, so we recommend taking extra care if you're travelling with older guests or anyone with reduced mobility.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed without prior authorisation.

Are parties or events allowed?

Parties and events are not allowed. Casa La Aldaba is located in a residential area and we want to preserve the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood and respect for our neighbours. It is designed for quiet stays with family or friends.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

What is the cancellation policy?

Bookings made more than 6 months in advance

A 20% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm the booking.

In the event of cancellation:

• More than 45 days before arrival: 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
• Between 45 and 30 days before arrival: 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
• Less than 30 days before arrival: the amount paid is non-refundable.

Bookings made less than 6 months in advance

A 20% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm the booking.

In the event of cancellation:

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, with a 100 % refund of the amount paid.
• Between 30 and 14 days before arrival, 50 % of the amount paid will be refunded.
• With less than 14 days' notice, the amount paid is non-refundable.

Payment of the remaining amount

The outstanding balance can be paid in advance by bank transfer or, if preferred, in cash or by card at check-in.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a €300 deposit is required, payable in cash, by card or via Bizum before or during check-in. It is refunded in full at check-out.

How far away are the airports?

Tenerife North Airport is about 30 km away (30-40 min by car). Tenerife South Airport is about 95 km away (approximately 1h 10min by car).
